As the Digital Solutions and Innovation Manager you will lead and manage the design, development, maintenance and enhancement of the divisional business intelligence and collaboration platforms while also fostering collaborative and productive working relationships within the divisional leadership team and multidisciplinary service line leaders to identify and prioritise opportunities for improvement overseeing the design and implementation of digital service improvement solutions.

About the Role
In this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include:
- Provide high quality analysis of complex health care data to support strategic and operational decision making, focusing on the improvement of health outcomes for Queensland Children.
- Proactively lead development of analytics through anticipating of business needs and emerging priorities and trends across the division.
- Support and encourage stakeholder adoption in the access, interpretation and analysis of data from key surgical information systems.
