Join our Mental Health Inpatient Unit as a Clinical Nurse and play a key role in delivering person-centred, recovery-oriented care. In this advanced practice role, you'll provide clinical leadership, support decision-making, and contribute to service innovation within a collaborative multidisciplinary team. Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide advanced, person-centred mental health nursing care and lead clinical decision making within the inpatient unit.
• Support the Nurse Grade 7 with leadership tasks including team coordination, mentoring staff, and contributing to positive workplace culture.
• Promote safety, quality, and evidence-based practice through adherence to NSQHS Standards and active participation in improvement activities.

Remuneration value up to $105 520 p.a , comprising salary rates $54.44 - $58.30 p.h. (part time, 60.8 hrs p.f.), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1)). Applications will remain current for 12 months.
