What your day will look like….
You'll be at the heart of the recruitment process—partnering with stakeholders, managing documentation, and ensuring every step runs smoothly. From conducting quality checks and processing pre-employment clearances to preparing appointment correspondence, your focus will be on accuracy and efficiency. You'll provide professional advice and support to managers and candidates, maintain up-to-date systems, and contribute ideas to improve our practices. Working closely with a supportive team, you'll balance priorities, meet deadlines, and celebrate the impact of your work as new team members join Darling Downs Health.
