An exciting opportunity exists for a temporary Project Officer to join our Telecommunications and ICT Business Improvement (TIBI) team. This role will require high level ICT project governance experience – the successful candidate will require the ability to provide subject matter expertise in ICT project management and provide advice across the ICT delivery program and/or activities. The position will be split across project governance and assurance activities and have a research and guideline development role which will include building strong relationships with external digital health governance and delivery stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Deliver a high level of organisation and project management skills, including ability to set realistic goals and establish balanced work priorities, implement innovative work improvements to successfully coordinate concurrent project governance and reporting requirements to meet deadlines.
- Manage projects, project governance, status reporting and project assurance processes across the Digital Health portfolio in accordance with best practice guidelines and the Queensland Health formal project management approach and methodologies, to enable the achievement of consistent and quality project outcomes.
- Utilise information technology and data management systems in the preparation of reports, submissions, briefing notes and other documentation as required within the work stream.
Remuneration value up to $131 052 p.a., comprising salary between $105 568 - $114 861 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO5) (Fixed Term Temporary position available for 12 months).
