An exciting opportunity exists for a Radiographer/Sonographer Senior to join our Medical Imaging Team. Our primary need is for a Sonographer with Radiography qualifications being desirable but not mandatory.
As a senior member of our dynamic and highly skilled Medical Imaging team, you will lead by example in delivering advanced, high-quality imaging services across key areas, helping drive exceptional diagnostic and treatment outcomes for the Sunshine Coast Health Service (SCH).
Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Deliver independent high-level Sonography clinical practice with infrequent need for direct clinical practice supervision.
- Exercise professional judgement to a complex caseload, adapting routine clinical practice based on valid and reliable evidence.
- Provide high level clinical advice, education and influence towards a common patient-centred vision and direction to professional operational teams and relevant stakeholders regarding service delivery.
- Provide leadership oversight and clinical practice supervision to less experienced Sonography practitioners and students as delegated.
Remuneration value up to $157 918 p.a., comprising salary between $128 169 - $137 918 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
