What you'll do
Permanent full time opportunity to hold a strategic position, accountable for the governance and quality systems which enable the organisation to deliver highest standard multi-disciplinary services and outcomes across Queensland.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
- Holds mandatory possession of a tertiary qualification in medical laboratory science (or equivalent).
- Has the ability to provide expert knowledge on the accreditation, certification, legislative and regulatory environment of scientific and technical organisations, including the requirements of ISO Standards, NATA standards and guidelines, TGA standards and AQIS regulations.
- Has the ability to lead an organisational quality management system and provide high level authoritative counsel to executive management in relation to organisational compliance.
- Has advanced negotiation, consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills, to build and develop stakeholder relationships and lead the organisational quality, learning and client focussed culture.
