We're excited to welcome a Fitter to our Building Engineering & Maintenance Services (BEMS) Team.
Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
- The Fitter shall provide assistance to other Trades and Contractors where skills and experience permit and carry out minor new works as directed.
- Carry out Fitting and general mechanical maintenance work in accordance with relevant Qld Health Task Specifications, National, State and Local Government and other statutory body regulations and standards.
- The Fitter is a critical “hands-on” member of the BEMS team (comprising a mix of in-house staff and contractors) which ensures trade work, daily housekeeping, repairs and refurbishment tasks are conducted with a customer focus. The incumbent will be expected to work and coordinate with BEMS management, consultants, project managers and other in-house staff and contractors.
Remuneration value up to $87,318 p.a., comprising salary $76,530 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HBEA9).
