What you'll do
- Manage the design and delivery of contemporary learning and development methodologies to design, develop and deliver face to face and blended learning content, that addresses legislative and operational development needs.
- Provide strategic and expert advice for the design and implementation of a learning and development strategy and embedding the leadership capability framework for MSH.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders, providing consultancy services and evidence-based advice to senior leaders, managers and staff on specific issues relating to leadership, learning and capability development projects and programs.
- Provide leadership for other strategic human resource management and organisational development projects in the Organisational Development team. Where required provide advice and support on organisational development programs that support a values-based organisational culture.
- Prepare submissions, briefs, reports, and correspondence of a complex nature relating to the planning coordination and implementation of leadership and capability initiatives.
- Develop communication strategies and quality assurance processes and protocols to collect, evaluate and measure the achievement of leadership, learning and capability programs.
About you
We are searching for someone with:
- Demonstrated excellence and ability to engage, lead and manage teams from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to provide authoritative advice to senior management on a range of complex learning and development issues with the ability to prepare submissions, briefings and reports.
- Demonstrated consultative, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and an ability to deal with the needs and concerns of clients and stakeholders, particularly within the context of the design and delivery of learning and development products and services.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of contemporary leadership development programs and their practical application in organisations.
- Highly developed leadership, coaching and management capabilities.
- A C-class licence as there may be travel between sites.
