Your new role:

In this dynamic role, you will support the delivery of exceptional customer and client experiences while overseeing business operations, ordering, allocation, and commercial activities for the Queensland Tissue Bank. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you'll help drive service improvements, support staff development, and strengthen QTB's systems and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating administrative support for clinical services and providing guidance to junior administrative staff.
  • Monitoring, reporting, and improving customer activity, workflow efficiency, and data integrity.
  • Supporting business development functions including finance reconciliation, quality audits, and process improvement initiatives.

You are an organised, proactive, and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong problem-solving ability, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

You will bring:

  • Strong customer service capability and the ability to navigate sensitive or challenging situations.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of (or the ability to acquire) organ and tissue banking services, specialised software systems, and business operations processes.
  • Skills in marketing and communication activities, with familiarity in medical terminology highly regarded.
