About the role:

  • Supervise daily workflow, coaching, and on-the-job training for Recruitment Officers.
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and support change across recruitment services.
  • Manage Criminal History checks and case manage Employees Requiring Placement.
  • Prepare reports, activity updates, and workload reviews for effective team oversight.
  • Provide technical advice, gather information, and respond to client requests.
  • Develop and maintain procedural guidelines and monitor data accuracy.
  • Build strong, professional relationships and manage sensitive information appropriately.

About you:

  • You understand (or can quickly learn) recruitment legislation, policies, and processes.
  • You confidently use HR systems and Microsoft Office to support high-volume work.
  • You communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism during organisational change.
  • You lead with integrity, supporting positive team culture and client-focused service.
  • You bring a continuous improvement mindset and enjoy strengthening processes and outcomes.

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $114,177 p.a. is comprised of:

  • An hourly rate between $45.81 - $50.46 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
