Your new role:
As a Clinical Midwife in the MOPD you will practise autonomously within an interprofessional team to plan, coordinate and deliver woman-centred antenatal care. You will provide advanced clinical assessment, lead education and quality activities, and act as a clinical resource and supervisor when required.

- Proven track record in delivering high-quality administrative support with accuracy, ownership, and strong stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate competing priorities, maintain compliance, and uphold established processes and governance frameworks.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and service-oriented mindset, with resilience in fast-paced, policy-driven environments.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems, ensuring seamless workflow execution and operational continuity.
About you:
You are an experienced midwife with advanced antenatal clinical skills, strong leadership presence and a commitment to culturally safe, evidence-based practice. You bring clinical autonomy, excellent communication and a track record of mentoring and service improvement in outpatient or community maternity settings.
You will bring:
- Provide frontline administrative and operational support to enable efficient delivery of Workers' Compensation Regulatory Services.
- Manage enquiries, documentation, and data integrity across internal systems while maintaining confidentiality and service standards.
- Coordinate workflow, contribute to continuous improvement, and support internal stakeholders through timely, accurate task execution.
- Uphold departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations to ensure compliance and consistent service outcomes.

Meadowbrook Health Centre:
Meadowbrook Health Centre will provide a new Minor Injury and Illness Clinic and a Women's Health Outpatient Clinic.The Minor Injury and Illness Clinic will offer free, walk-in treatment for conditions not anticipated to be life-threatening. It will operate from 8am to 10pm, seven days a week, and is designed to help take pressure off Logan Hospital's emergency department for patients who do not require care in an acute hospital setting.
The Women's Health Outpatient Centre will provide a contemporary and convenient facility for local women attending antenatal and gynaecological appointments and tests.
