What you'll do
- Lead the design and delivery of contemporary learning and development methodologies to design, develop and deliver face to face and blended learning content, that addresses legislative and operational development needs.
- Independently research, needs analysis and undertake data collection to evaluate the effectiveness of capability development initiatives and identify further improvements or solutions.
- Be accountable for achieving organisational development and effectiveness project/program outcomes within set timeframes, quality, cost and scope tolerances.
- Partner with subject matter experts to support the development of effective and engaging learning resources.
- Negotiate and influence stakeholders such as Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and other education institutions to broker and implement appropriate learning and development solutions.
- Collaborate with leaders and other teams to design and implement initiatives that strengthen organisational culture, engagement and workforce capability in line with strategic objectives.
- Analyse complex organisational issues and provide authoritative advice to senior leaders and HR partners, interpretating legislation, directives, industrial instruments, Human Resource (HR) policies and guidelines.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- Demonstrated expertise in leading the design, development, facilitation and evaluation of complex organisational development and human resource programs, online resources, solutions and initiatives that strengthen capability across the organisation and Supply Chain Branch.
- Exceptional communication and engagement skills, with strong written, oral, presentation and facilitation capabilities with the ability to understand, interpret and present information and data as it relates to organisational development.
- Advanced research, conceptual, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities in a complex environment to optimise supply chain operations.
- High level stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including the ability to provide advice, consult and negotiate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to optimise supply chain capability.
- Proven leadership in fostering collaboration and capability within teams, demonstrating agility in working autonomously while supporting colleagues to deliver innovative solutions aligned with supply chain strategies.
