Your key responsibilities:
- Support change management activities and collaborate with specialist teams on training and communication planning to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Support and coach team members by sharing expertise, providing guidance, and fostering professional development to build capability in process analysis and improvement.
- Apply advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify areas of improvement in service delivery and payroll outcomes in a complex transactional environment.
Role fit
The essential requirements for this role are:
- Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work in a team environment, developing effective working relationships with team members.
- Demonstrated experience in assessing the impact of system and business process changes on stakeholder groups and developing standardised process change activities to support successful implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake current and future state analysis of complex payroll business processes within an integrated solution, providing clear recommendations for improvement that enhance customer experience.
