This role sits within Strategy, Planning and Expansion and plays a key role in shaping how Central Queensland Health engages with its clinical workforce. You'll plan and facilitate meaningful engagement activities, manage complex stakeholder relationships and guide the project from consultation through to final strategy delivery.

Working closely with executive and governance groups, you'll provide high-level advice, manage risks and ensure alignment with workforce priorities, clinical governance frameworks and government directions. About the role:

  • Lead development of the Central Queensland Health Clinician Engagement Strategy
  • Plan and manage project timelines, risks, dependencies and reporting
  • Deliver structured consultation across medical, nursing, midwifery and allied health
  • Analyse engagement insights, workforce data and relevant policy frameworks
  • Prepare high-level briefings, reports, presentations and governance submissions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate workshops, forums, surveys, site visits and engagement events
  • Provide authoritative advice to executive, committees and working groups

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $13,881 p.m. is comprised of:

  • An hourly rate between $68.60 - $73.63 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
