You'll work within a supportive Finance Division that values integrity, collaboration and continuous improvement. While this role has no direct reports, you'll mentor Management Accountants, contribute to system improvements, and be a key financial partner to your assigned business units.

About the role:

• Provide high-level financial advice to Executive Directors and General Managers.
• Deliver budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and variance analysis.
• Investigate financial risks and recommend corrective strategies.
• Oversee and guide Management Accountants supporting cost centre managers.
• Prepare annual budgets aligned with organisational priorities and funding.
• Produce accurate monthly reports within strict reporting cycles.
• Analyse complex healthcare data and present insights clearly to leaders.
• Support business cases, funding submissions and service planning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial systems and practices.

CPA/CA or a relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable but not mandatory.

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $148,323 p.a. is comprised of:

• A salary between $121,360 - $129,998 p.a.
• 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
