What your day will look like….
You'll start your day by connecting with your multidisciplinary team to plan and prioritise care for a diverse caseload. Your role will involve applying advanced clinical reasoning to deliver tailored interventions, mentoring junior therapists, and contributing to service development initiatives. Expect variety—whether you're providing hands-on therapy, consulting with families, or leading quality improvement projects, you'll be making decisions that directly enhance patient outcomes. You'll also have opportunities to innovate, share knowledge, and strengthen partnerships across rural facilities, ensuring every client in Warwick and surrounding communities receives the best possible care.
