About the role

opportunity to provide high quality administrative support for the effective and efficient management of matters related to recruitment, appointment, registration, and payroll for all Medical Staff employed at The Prince Charles Hospital.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Minute taking and secretariat functions as required such as: for team meetings, Resident and Registrar forums and Advisory committees
  • Processing of Medical Officer relocation expense claims.
  • Assistance with the filing of documents for Senior Medical Officers and Resident Medical Officers
  • Audit and compliance activities as required
