About the role

The Revenure Supprot Officer will maintain required skills and knowledge to perform the duties of other equivalent position levels within Financial Control Services, Metro North Hospital and Health Service.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Maintain accurate financial and administrative records in ServiceNow, S/4HANA and HBCIS systems, ensuring accounting functions comply with Financial Management Standards, Queensland Health Financial Management Practice Manual and other legislative frameworks.
  • Follow up accurate completion of private Patient Election Forms, Acute Care Certificates, National Private Patient Hospital Claim Forms, Informed Financial Consent Forms and any other documentation that will facilitate payment as required.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain an up-to-date work procedure manual for this position and assist other team members with maintaining similar documents.
