Role details
The Physiotherapy Department at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Senior Physiotherapist (Musculoskeletal) to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your opportunity
This position is responsible for the providing high level of Physiotherapy service to a musculoskeletal outpatient caseload with a coordination role of the outpatient service.
About the Team
The Physiotherapy Department provides services to both adult and paediatric inpatients and outpatients, and directs treatment towards restoring normal function, minimising dysfunction and preventing disability.
The Physiotherapy Department has staff members with a wide range of experience – from new graduates to those who have extensive clinical practice. Rotational staff members undertake four-month rotations around the various sections of the hospital and community.
