About the role
You will be under the direct supervision of a Consultant Physician who will be available for advice, and who will do regular ward rounds. The PHO will provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams and attend multidisciplinary meetings that are relevant to the patient care that the registrar is responsible for.

- Responsible for communication to general practitioners and primary healthcare services on discharge of patients under the registrar's care, including the provision of timely discharge summaries.
