An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Advisor LMS to join our Workforce Capability Team.
Reporting to the Manager of Workforce Capability you will provide strategic and operational leadership of the Learning Management System (SC-LOL), including system governance, reporting, and continuous improvement. The role also leads the delivery of SCH Orientation, Length of Service Recognition programs and supports workforce capability development aligned with SCHHS strategic priorities.
Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide high level leadership to the Learning Management team to foster a culture of continuous improvement to the quality, quantity and sustainability of training programs, digital educational assets, and system capability.
- Support the development and maintenance of Learning and Development (L&D) training resources including online training modules to ensure that these materials are current and responsive to the needs of the HHS.
- Efficiently manage the SCH Learning Management System (LMS) by guiding and supporting problem resolution and the implementation of processes which enable the full benefits to be realised.
- Oversee any changes, configuration and support of software, hardware and/or equipment, and test specific versions of one or more of these products with the SCHHS LMS.
Remuneration value up to $148 323 p.a., comprising salary between $121 360 - $129 998 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6).
