An exciting opportunity currently exists for you to join the Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Services as a Senior Mental Health Clinician. You will deliver direct specialist and advanced standard of clinical mental health nursing practice, consultancy and advice to support the delivery of evidence-based community interventions for adults with mental illness for the Yarrabah Mental Health multi-disciplinary team.

About your role:
- Contribute to the development of clinical practices, procedures and protocols that support the continuum of care.
- Provide clinical advice, leadership, and education to the Child, Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), Cluster Operations Manager, and other stakeholders regarding service delivery and coordination, utilising high level written and oral communication skills.
- Monitor and report of clinical practice and outcomes within the clinical service area, and actively participate in initiating, developing and implementing quality and service improvement activities that enhance the delivery of mental health services.
