Your new role:
As a Senior Client Service Officer, you will play a key leadership role in delivering statewide administrative services for the Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme (MASS), ensuring efficient, high-quality outcomes for clients and stakeholders. Reporting to the AO5 Assistant Manager – MASS Equipment Services, you will:
- Lead and support an administration team to ensure timely provision of funded aids and equipment to clients
- Coordinate and oversee administrative, procurement, invoicing, and acquittal processes in line with government and organisational policies
- Maintain and manage manual and computerised information systems, including reporting and analysis of statistical data
- Contribute to service improvement through staff training, quality initiatives, and operational change management
About you:
You are an experienced administrative professional with strong leadership capability and a commitment to service excellence. You will bring:
- Proven experience supporting or leading administrative teams in a complex service delivery environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to liaise across government and non-government sectors
- Demonstrated ability to manage systems, procedures, and data accurately while meeting deadlines and compliance requirements
- A commitment to equity, safety, continuous improvement, and respectful service delivery for diverse clients and colleagues
