About us:
The nurse-led walk-in clinic will provide assessment, treatment and advice to adults and children (aged over 2 years) for non-life-threatening injuries and illness, as well as trauma-informed, women-focused services, 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm. The service model aims to improve long-term health outcomes and improved access to care in the community, reducing demand on hospitals. Services will be provided free of charge.
About the role:
To provide an efficient and effective client focused administrative service, undertaking a range of duties which provide effective and confidential administration support to practice manager, clinical staff and other key professionals at the Nurse Led Clinic.
While the primary responsibility will be supporting client registrations and appointment scheduling, this role will be expected to become multi-skilled in a variety of administrative tasks / roles in support of the business requirements of the service. The Nurse Led Clinic provides intervention to address immediate care needs of our community. Operating seven days a week.
About you:
- Ensure the client confidentiality is maintained at all times in accordance with Queensland Health Policy.
- Achieves results by delivering effective outcomes and assuming accountability.
- Use high level communication skills both verbal and written to communicate clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings ensuring accuracy and formatting in line with expected standards.
- Use a range of technology and computer programs used throughout Queensland Health.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $49,727 is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $38.81 - $43.16 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
