What you'll do

  • Develop, maintain and review planning and scheduling standards and practices.
  • Provide expert advice on planning and scheduling to ensure the optimum delivery of IWFM implementations.
  • Facilitate planning workshops to ensure proper planning is completed and interdependencies are identified.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the program's timelines are accurately captured and baselined.
  • Evaluate program schedule progress and performance to identify problem areas and advise possible corrective actions to ensure on time delivery.

About you

We are searching for someone who has:

  • Extensive experience using scheduling tools (prefer MS Project/Project Online) to enable resource management, dependency management, monitoring and reporting progress of multiple concurrent implementations.
  • High level written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to provide high level advice and reporting of status, deliverable progress, risks, issues and constraints as required.
  • Experience with facilitation of planning workshops to assess implementation timelines and interdependencies.
  • Ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships and cross team collaboration to support planning and scheduling services, including the ability to influence key stakeholders across multiple teams.
