In this pivotal role, you'll combine hands-on advanced echocardiography with strategic leadership, supporting a multidisciplinary cardiac investigations team across inpatient and outpatient services.

You'll play a key role in service development, research, and education, contributing to expanding cardiac services alongside the Cardiac Catheterisation and Electrophysiology Labs as new facilities come online. About the role:

• Deliver independent advanced echocardiography services, including stress echo
• Provide senior clinical leadership across echocardiography services
• Lead clinical governance, protocol development, and quality improvement
• Act as a specialist consultant for complex cardiac presentations
• Mentor and supervise staff, supporting capability development
• Contribute to research, education, and service planning initiatives
• Participate in on-call, weekend, and multi-site service delivery

About you:

• You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in cardiac physiology or applied science
• You are registered or eligible for registration with ASAR
• You bring advanced echocardiography experience and strong clinical judgement
• You enjoy leading, mentoring, and developing others

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $172,615 p.a. is comprised of:

• A salary between $144,991 - $151,289 p.a.
• 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
