Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service is seeking an experienced clinician to join Mental Health and Specialised Services and/or a Digital Health & Clinical Information Services as a Digital Workforce Change Advisor. This multi-disciplinary role supports the delivery of digitally enabled mental health care by leading workforce capability uplift, clinical engagement and safe adoption of digital systems. Working across inpatient and community settings, the role partners with clinicians, leaders and technical teams to embed digital change that enhances care quality, safety and outcomes.
Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:

Provide clinical leadership to support the safe adoption of digital systems across mental health services.

Lead workforce digital capability uplift through education, training and change support.

Partner with clinicians, leaders and technical teams to embed statewide digital initiatives into local practice.

Apply systems thinking to manage risk, support quality improvement and enhance digitally enabled care delivery.
Remuneration value up to $86,307 p.a, comprising salary rates $68.86 - $76.30 p.h., (part time, 38 hrs p.f.), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4/Nurse Grade 7) (part time position available, one 38 hrs p.f.).
