We're excited to welcome a Senior Administration Coordinator to our Clinical Services team.

The Senior Administration Coordinator will provide high level advice and support to the Administration Coordinators in relation to governance, risk management, workforce management, organisational development, change management and standard business/administrative procedures.
The incumbent will establish and maintain high level effective relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff supporting quality initiatives and key performance indicators within the SCHHS and Queensland Health.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage and supervise Administration Coordinators including routine and emergent leave, mandatory training, performance management and appraisal and lead the process for recruitment and selection of quality staff.
- Undertake relevant financial management responsibilities including the efficient and appropriate use of resources, planning, and cost centre management activities to meet strategic and organisation goals.
- Monitor and analyse systems to identify potential improvement of administration processes and liaise with key stakeholders to implement change for quality improvement.
- Establish and develop effective working relationships with other SCHHS Service Groups including Finance, Operations, and Workforce.
Remuneration value up to $134,984 p.a, comprising salary between $108,735 - $118,307 p.a, employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO5).
