Expressions of Interest are open for experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologists to join our team.
This is an ongoing talent pipeline to be used to fill upcoming temporary flexible full-time and flexible part-time vacancies at Sunshine Coast Health (SCH).

Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Demonstrate competent knowledge, expertise and skill in the provision of Nuclear Medicine/PET services commensurate with level of experience in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards, existing evidence-based practice and established clinical protocols.
- Apply professional clinical judgement when providing Nuclear Medicine services and seek guidance when principles, procedures, techniques or methods require expansion, adaptation or modification.
- Ensure that all standards of radiation hygiene are adhered to at all times, and that relevant legislation and standards relating to Radiation Health are maintained.
- Participate in quality and service improvement activities in Nuclear Medicine to continually improve patient/client care, including the development of clinical practices, procedures and protocols within the work environment.
Comprising salary rates: $39.86 - $58.59 p.h. (part time) or $3030.00 - $4453.50 p.f (full time), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP3).
