Your new role:

This position provides state-wide leadership in clinical education, training and evidence-based practice to support high-quality assistive technology outcomes through the Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme (MASS).

  • Lead and deliver advanced clinical education and training for MASS prescribers across Queensland, spanning multiple disciplines
  • Develop and coordinate education initiatives (e.g. webinars, workshops, conferences) aligned to evidence-based practice and emerging trends
  • Support clinical best practice, research and service improvement in assistive technology and disability services
  • Collaborate with Clinical Advisors and stakeholders to strengthen capability, consistency and consumer-focused outcomes across MASS

About you:

You are an experienced allied health professional with strong clinical credibility and a passion for education, innovation and service improvement in assistive technology.

  • Advanced clinical knowledge and experience in assistive technology and disability-related practice, underpinned by evidence-based care
  • Demonstrated ability to design, deliver and evaluate complex clinical education and training programs
  • Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence practice state-wide
  • Proven leadership capability in service improvement, research translation and the development of clinical workforce capability
