Seeking expressions of interest for future opportunities. Your new role:

This role provides flexible, short-term administrative relief across Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services, ensuring continuity of high-quality support during staff absences.

  • Deliver intermediate-level administrative and secretarial support across a range of clinical and corporate settings
  • Act as a key point of contact, managing reception, phone and email enquiries with professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, meeting support and diary management
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively across multiple sites, adapting quickly to new teams, systems and priorities

About you:

You are a reliable and adaptable administration professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering efficient, customer-focused support.

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative and reception duties, with strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work independently when required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully with staff, patients and the public
  • Flexible, organised and responsive, with a willingness to work across multiple locations and teams
