About the Role
In this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include:
- Work closely with the Clinical Systems Support Lead, and the Nursing Director Health Informatics, in the operational management of the CHQ clinical information systems with a focus on system change management activities, business continuity and end user support
- Liaise and communicate with the CHQ Digital Health Services partners in the delivery of the CHQ Health Informatics Program for example other HHSs, Pathology Queensland, eHealth, Clinical Excellence Queensland
- Provide expert knowledge and advice of the clinical systems used throughout the CHQ, including business continuity processes, changes management, business rules and system and workflow testing.
- Manage the state-wide clinical systems changes in consultation with CHQ digital partners, including planning, maintaining registers, testing and communication.
