About the role
This role is one of two AO3 Administration positions within QFMHS: the function and purpose of this role is to support service delivery through administrative support to the Queensland Forensic Mental Health Service (QFMHS) staff.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide initial point of contact for QFMHS, ensuring all telephone enquiries are dealt with in a professional, courteous and timely manner and are directed to the relevant area for assistance or messages given to relevant staff members.
- Perform support functions for staff across QFMHS. This will include but is not limited to document scanning, filing, faxing, mail management, photocopying, conference room bookings, audit and maintain stationary items.
- Assist with management of cases on the Consumer Integrated Mental Health & Addiction application (CIMHA); additionally, the use of CIMHA to support the service delivery functions of QFMHS.
- Provide high quality formatting and finalising clinical reports.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly case reviews, other clinical meetings as required and other clinical functions of the team.
