About the role
The General Manager People & Culture Programs leads organisational development, wellbeing, and workforce planning, driving cultural transformation and shaping future workforce through high‑level, self‑directed leadership across a new People & Culture function.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Design, develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the People & Culture Programs portfolios aligned to Metro North Health's overarching People Strategy and our MN32 Strategy to support organisation transformation and the future vision for healthcare.
- Establish and evolve and mature a fit-for-purpose, high performing and respected People & Culture Programs portfolio
- Work collaboratively and consult effectively with a range of stakeholders including senior executives, external partners, Metro North staff and other People & Culture portfolios in the design of strategies and supporting tools, resources, programs and initiatives,
- Work with the People and Culture leadership team to design and deliver a new HR service delivery model manifesting in a seamless ‘one People and Culture' service for the Metro North Health workforce and its Senior Executive Leaders.
- Represent MN in a number of internal and external forums.
