Role details
The Speech Pathology Department at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Allied Health Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your opportunity
Contribute to the delivery of speech pathology and dietetics services through the provision of clinical support tasks and non-clinical duties under the direction and supervision of an Allied Health Professional.
About the Team
This position works with the Mackay Base Hospital Speech Pathology and Dietetics departments across a range of clinical settings. Mackay Speech Pathology and Dietetics departments provide clinical services to a range of inpatient and outpatient populations, including both adult and paediatric consumers. Services provided include preventative, acute, stabilisation and rehabilitative care.
