The Role

An opportunity has become available for a Manager (Divisional Analysis and Reporting) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 13 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will

  • Play a leading role in large scale, organisation wide projects and program delivery
  • Build and maintain influential and consultative working relationships with executive and senior management
  • Manage the team's responsibilities, including fostering a professional and collaborative environment
  • Employ the use of analytical tools to provide expert advice and complex analysis 

About you
This position would be suitable for individuals from a range of professional backgrounds. The types of skills and personal attributes required to be successful in this position include:

  • Critical analysis, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills to constructively challenge and improve processes, approaches and decisions.
  • Ability to operate autonomously.
  • Experience in data analysis, interpretation, reporting and the application of contemporary modelling techniques.
  • Experience in working with multiple data sources from disparate systems.
  • Project management skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
  • Experience in providing services to internal stakeholders to achieve successful business outcomes.
  • Sound relationship management, influence and negotiation skills, including the ability to liaise at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups.
  • Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
  • Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary

  • Permanent full time
  • Base salary ranging from $155 432 - $164 467 per annum
