Your new role:

This senior leadership role provides operational management and strategic direction to multi-disciplinary Child & Youth Mental Health teams delivering complex community-based services.

  • Lead and manage the Browns Plains CYMHS and Logan AMYOS programs, ensuring safe, high-quality, evidence-based care for children, young people and families.
  • Provide operational leadership, workforce management and service planning across multi-disciplinary teams in collaboration with Consultant Psychiatrists and senior leaders.
  • Drive service improvement, innovation and performance through data-informed decision-making, quality initiatives and contemporary models of care.
  • Represent the service within internal and external networks, contributing to strategic priorities at a local, district and state-wide level.

About you:

You are an experienced allied health clinician and leader who thrives in complex environments and is committed to delivering compassionate, recovery-focused child and youth mental health care.

  • Demonstrated advanced clinical expertise in child and youth mental health, with the ability to lead and support teams managing complex presentations.
  • Proven capability in operational leadership, including workforce management, change leadership, performance development and service delivery oversight.
  • Highly developed communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across multi-disciplinary and interprofessional settings.
