The General Manager Aged Care will bring strong leadership and business management experience to the role and will possess a strong understanding of the legislative, clinical and professional environment pertinent to the operation of aged care services within a rural and remote environment.

Your opportunity

The General Manager Aged Care reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing the operations of all residential aged care and community aged care services within the South West Hospital and Health Service (SWHHS). 

The General Manager Aged Care is a key member of the Health Service's Senior Management Team and works in partnership with the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Directors and other General Managers and senior management to support the delivery of safe, effective and sustainable care within the SWHHS.
