The Gastroenterology Department supports a multidisciplinary, patient focused model of care providing a comprehensive array of tertiary clinical, diagnostic and interventive resources dedicated to Gastrointestinal, Endoscopic, Hepatology, Inflammatory Bowel Disease and the national Bowel Screening services.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $4262.20 to $4564.00 p.f. (Nurse Grade 6 Band 1)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
The CN - Hepatology demonstrates expert clinical knowledge, advanced clinical problem-solving skills and is accountable for their own clinical practice. The role requires competency in FibroScan® assessment upon completion of provided training.
Please note this position will likley commence around Monday 15th June 2026.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.
- This position requires the applicant to possess an appropriate license to operate a Class C (car) motor vehicle.
- Highly Desirable: Possession of a relevant postgraduate qualification in an appropriate field is highly desirable. Such experience may be discipline specific or have a service area focus.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
