About us:

The Gladstone Integrated Service is in Gladstone and consists of an Adult Mental Health Service, Child and Youth Mental Health Services (CYMHS), Step-Up-Step Down Unit and Alcohol and Other Drugs Services. The Gladstone Integrated Service provides specialised services for the population of Gladstone and the surrounding areas through a range of interventions including assessment, case management, therapeutic treatment, support, consultations and referrals. The service works in collaboration with the local hospitals, other Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs teams and with primary health, community and private sector providers to reduce symptoms and facilitate recovery.

About the role:

• Deliver psychosocial assessment, intervention and care coordination.
• Support families and carers through recovery-focused practice.
• Advocate across service systems to improve outcomes for young people.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary collaboration and service improvement.

About you:

• You hold a recognised Social Work qualification and AASW eligibility.
• You bring strong communication, advocacy and assessment skills.

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $135,857 p.a. is comprised of:

• An hourly rate between $56.08 - $60.05 p.h.
• 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
