About the role
In this role, you will contribute directly to the delivery of safe, effective and patient‑focused care by ensuring high‑quality administrative, data and contractor‑support services across multiple facilities.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Monitor, maintain, process, and report BEMS COH & MH data for CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System); SAP S/4HANA.
- Operate within the Contractor Management System to check-in/out contractors and troubleshoot contractors unable to sign into site.
- Provide effective, verbal and written administrative support to BEMS including the preparation of documents such as Service Level Agreements, Memorandums, Letters, correspondence etc.
- Maintain and administer an efficient motor vehicle fleet program i.e., ordering/returns, servicing, and maintenance program.
