Your opportunity:
- To deliver high level Occupational Therapy clinical services and professional expertise within the Integrated Care Services, Bundaberg.
- Work autonomously within the multidisciplinary Integrated Care team to manage, coordinate and provide optimal, responsive and flexible Occupational Therapy services in acute and community settings.
- The position will focus on preventing inappropriate and avoidable admissions by supporting the needs of the patient, their family and significant others through the transition from an acute care environment to the home setting.
Temporary Full Time (76 hours p.f.) from date of appointment until 23rd August 2026 with the possibility of extension.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $13,113 p.m., comprising salary between $4,912.70 - $5,286.40 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Temporary Full Time, 76 hours p.f., from date of appointment until 23rd August 2026 with the possibility of extension) (Applications will remain current for the duration of the vacancy).
