Central Queensland Health delivers specialist, recovery-focused mental health services across diverse communities. Gladstone Integrated Services provides coordinated adult, youth and community-based care through strong local partnerships.
About the role:
- Deliver discipline-specific adult mental health intake, assessment and triage
- Undertake mental state and risk assessments to support timely care pathways
- Contribute to care planning and therapeutic interventions
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary and outreach team
- Participate in data collection, service development and quality improvement
- Engage in professional development, supervision and continuous learning
About you:
- You are a registered nurse with current AHPRA registration
- You have experience in adult mental health
- You communicate clearly and therapeutically in complex situations
- You manage competing priorities while maintaining high clinical standards
- You value teamwork, flexibility and recovery-focused practice
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $135,857 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $56.08 - $60.05 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
