About the role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join the Streaming Outpatient Referrals Team (SORT) and contribute to the delivery of high‑quality, evidence‑based care.
In this role, you will provide expert clinical knowledge and direct clinical care to consumers/patients presenting with a broad range of conditions. You will play a key role in supporting the efficient and effective function of the unit through clinical leadership, education, and role modelling contemporary, patient‑centred practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering safe, high‑quality, evidence‑based clinical care.
- Supporting unit operations through leadership and portfolio management.
- Providing guidance and support to Registered Nurses and non‑registered nursing staff, particularly in complex clinical situations.
- Promoting best practice and continuous improvement within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
