- Salary range: $136,538 to $148,242 p.a. (Nurse Grade 7)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

About your opportunity
The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) CTRU provides and oversees direct and indirect nursing care, drawing on advanced clinical skills, education and support. The role encompasses purposeful, evidence‑based interventions that prioritise consumer safety. A key responsibility is the coordination and supervision of care delivered by nursing and multidisciplinary team members.
The CNC provides clinical expertise, education, leadership and support to nursing staff, ensuring high‑quality, recovery‑focused consumer care. The position promotes best practice within an accessible, flexible and responsive environment that fosters hope, healing and empowerment throughout each individual's recovery journey.
Accommodation: Off-site single staff accommodation may be available temporarily for the successful applicant subject to availability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position and registration with AHPRA.
- This position requires the applicant to possess an appropriate license to operate a Class C (car) motor vehicle.
Highly desirable
Possession of a relevant postgraduate qualification in an appropriate field; such experience may be discipline specific or have a service area focus.
