Your new role:
As a Senior Physiotherapist (HP4) within the Hand Elbow Wrist Therapy and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Service, you will deliver high-level, evidence-based care to patients with complex hand and upper limb conditions. You will work with a highly skilled interprofessional team while contributing to service development, education and quality improvement.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver advanced hand and upper limb physiotherapy assessment and intervention
- Act as a clinical reference point within the HEWT and MSK physiotherapy teams
- Supervise and mentor HP3 clinicians, students and Allied Health Assistants
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement and clinical education
About you:
You are an experienced and confident physiotherapist with advanced clinical reasoning skills and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care.
You will bring:
- Current AHPRA registration and tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Advanced experience in hand and upper limb musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- Strong leadership, supervision and clinical mentoring capability
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team and service outcomes
