An exciting opportunity exists for a Technology Administration Officer within the Service Delivery team.
The Service Delivery team is part of the Sunshine Coast Information Technology Services (SCITS) team, which provides and coordinates a range of services and solutions, including ICT infrastructure and service delivery.
The Technology Administration Officer will provide technical support services and incident resolution to maintain defined enterprise service levels in one or more technology domains.
Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Install and configure computer hardware and software by applying high-level computer expertise.
- Provide timely support to clients by conducting thorough investigations and diagnoses of incidents.
- Administer user accounts, workstation groups and group objects by applying knowledge of Active Directory Administration.
- Provide excellent customer service, including coordinating repairs and preparing quotes by applying effective organisational and communication skills.
Remuneration value up to $100 585 p.a., comprising salary between $79 272 - $88 158 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3).
