We're excited to welcome a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Officer to our Safety and Wellbeing team. To promote and participate and contribute to the effective development, management and delivery of health, safety and wellbeing frameworks and services throughout the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS).

Key Responsibilities include:
- Support the implementation of the health, safety and wellbeing initiatives, strategies, and programs that deliver the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Strategy and Framework
- Promote and assist in the delivery of workplace wellbeing programs to meet the deliverables of the SCHHS Wellbeing Framework, including facilitating engagement of the Wellbeing Ambassador Network.
- Assist in the promotion, administration and analysis of the annual employee psychosocial safety survey.
Remuneration value up to $117 603 p.a., comprising salary between $93 556 - $103 074 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
