Your new role:
As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide advanced clinical and operational leadership to support effective patient flow and bed management across the health service.
- Coordinate and manage patient flow, bed allocation and access pathways in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide expert clinical leadership and decision-making to support safe, efficient care delivery and achievement of key performance indicators.
- Support clinical redesign, data analysis and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient flow outcomes.
About you:
You are a confident and collaborative nursing leader with strong expertise in patient flow and operational coordination.
- Proven ability to apply advanced clinical judgement, problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.
We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.
