About us:
Central Queensland Oral Health Service provides fair and equitable care across eleven community clinics. Based at the Rockhampton Community Dental Clinic, our team is dedicated to evidence-based public health dentistry. About the role:
- Deliver comprehensive general dental services, including restorations, extractions, and preventive care.
- Provide patient-centred care by responding effectively to individual needs and feedback.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of oral health clinicians and support staff.
- Operate in accordance with dental legislation, standards, and public health policies.
- Contribute to a supportive clinical environment through effective communication and teamwork.
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development programs.
About you:
- You hold a Bachelor of Dentistry or equivalent qualification registrable with AHPRA.
- You possess demonstrated clinical competence across the general dental scope of practice.
- You are an effective communicator who liaises professionally with staff at all levels.
- You have a strong understanding of public health dentistry principles.
- You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary setting.
- You are proactive in your professional development and commitment to quality care.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $170,573 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $64.45 - $75.39 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
